I define operating conditions, required capacity and integration with existing equipment. This provides a basis for comparable proposals and a clear scope of supply.

International supplier sourcing

I identify manufacturers and assess their technical proposals, including scope, exclusions and suitability for the requirements. The search can cover domestic and international suppliers according to the machinery needed.

Technical coordination and follow-up

I review documentation and fabrication queries with the supplier, identify deviations from requirements and coordinate clarifications with the client. Mechanical assistance during assembly and commissioning can be included.

Independent advice

The usual arrangement is a direct contract between the client and the manufacturer. I provide the agreed advice and follow-up; custom mechanical design can be added where the solution requires specific elements.
