Design brings together motion, loads and available space with the requirements of manufacture, assembly and maintenance. These criteria guide geometry, component selection and access for adjustment and servicing.
Scope and deliverables
From the initial study to the build
The work can cover the following stages, as agreed for each project.
01
Study and alternatives
Process and constraint analysis, followed by selection of an approach together with the client.

3D design and operation
Mechanical calculations and component selection, including pneumatics. A functional specification guides the programming team.

Fabrication and assembly documentation
Part and assembly drawings, exploded views and bills of materials with specified commercial component references.
04
Technical support
Fabrication follow-up and mechanical support during assembly and commissioning.

Documentation for the build
Drawings define parts and assemblies for fabrication and installation. The functional specification describes the operating sequence and provides a basis for coordinating programming.
Working arrangements
Direct communication and technical coordination
I undertake the mechanical engineering. Electrical work and programming are carried out by external specialists; I can assist with their selection and coordination.
Projects are developed directly with Daniel Carro, remotely and with site visits as required. Technical meetings and documentation are available in Spanish and English.
